Jared Lee Loughner – mentally ill?

January 8, 2011 by Syd

Today’s tragic shooting at Pima Arizona with death and wounding of Gifford and 11 other people. Our sympathies to them and their family’s.
However this raises a number of interesting question Jared Lee Loughner is clearly mentally ill please visit his youtube site….
Mentally Ill judge for yourself.
Now if you can make any sense out of that please tell me. The conundrum will be should he receive the death penalty if found guilty of the crime?
He is not firing on all four cylinders but the victims were Democrats whom I’m sure did not believe in the death penalty, so should the Federal Government seek the death penalty in this case.

Hi Crown, Hi Amanda, Hi Ian,

Happy New Year to you all!

Crown, you’ve made a blog post, what happened? are you feeling ok?

Here’s a couple of links to gun rights related posts I’ve made in connection with this:

I especially recommend Gary Mauser & Don Kates’ work, which I link to in the second post.

Don Kates is an interesting character, a campaigner and activist for black civil rights in the 60s. The commies would have us believe they were the only ones on the ground – I suspect that the opposite was true, it was guys like Kates doing the hard and dangerous work.

This is the most instructive, informative and useful statement on the context and political meaning of the crime that I’ve seen:

Hello Crown and Luton Ian, Happy new year guys.

Have a look, if you like, at this short statement on the killer’s political activity:

Further commentary on National Review, comparing this crime with previous woundings and assassinations:

Cheers and I hope your glass is as tasty as mine.

It is noticeable that the lefty postings on those blogs blame violent gun crime on mainly southern states which is true, the next question they won’t ask is who is doing what to whom?
It’s inner city Black on Black violence that accounts for the high gun crime and they vote democrat.

        Hi Amanda! happy New Year!

        Crown,
Ironically, the DOJ’s reluctance to pursue the NBPP stick wielders outside the polling station, gives this link some additional weight. oh the sheer beauty of unintended consequences!

        http://bjs.ojp.usdoj.gov/content/homicide/race.cfm

at 12% of the population, “Black” accounts for about 52% of homicide.

Homicide rate per 100,00 population per year for “black” is around 24 for 2004. The figure has been to over 50 around 1980 and again around ’92

For “white” and “others” it is around 2.5 per hundred thousand population per year.

Hispanics and muzzies generally get recorded as “white” or “other”, giving a misleadingly high figure for those ever so evil and oppressive northern Europeans (into which I’m including Italians – but not Sicillians 😉 ).

Top US Federal Judge Assassinated After Threat To Obama Agenda

A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after …he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.

According to this SVR report, Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.

The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.

Should the Obama administration win their argument to seize their citizen’s money by Executive Order without having to abide by the law was made more chilling this past week when reports emerged from the US stating that President Obama and his regime allies were, indeed, preparing to rule America by decree since their loss this past November of their control over the US House of Representatives, and in the words of the Washington Post’s columnist Charles Krauthammer: “For an Obama bureaucrat … the will of the Congress is a mere speed bump”.

Since taking office in early 2009, Obama has completely overturned the once free United States through his use of Executive Orders that asserts his power to put anyone he wants in prison without charges or trial forever and his right to assassinate any American citizen he deems a threat.

The most chilling of these powers Obama has asserted for himself, however, are contained in Executive Order 13528 he signed nearly a year ago (January 10, 2010) creating a Council of Governors he has hand-picked to rule over the United States in place of its elected representatives when their next “disaster” strikes and orders them to begin “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities”.

Going from the chilling to the outright scary, about whatever “disaster” the American regime is preparing their people for, is Obama’s Homeland Security Department, through their Ready.Gov organization, beginning to air this past week a public service television commercial titled “World Upside Down” that shows a typical family sitting in their home suddenly losing all of its gravity and warning all who watch it to begin preparing.

Note: In our previous reports US Descends Into Total Police State As 2012 ‘Solar Chaos’ Fears Grow, Pole Shift Blamed For Russian Air Disaster, Closure Of US Airport and Poisonous Space Clouds Slamming Into Earth Cause Mass Bird And Fish Deaths we had detailed some of fears the US government are most worried about, but which they still will not be truthful to their citizens about.

      Crown,
have you got a link or reference for that please?

I’ll be back in a minute, I’m just off to get the baking foil from the cupboard…

      • on January 10, 2011 at 2:13 pm crownarmourer

Sorry I don’t have the link it is doing the rounds via email, heck if Glen Beck and Sarah Palin made him do it I don’t see why the below is not also true.

        • on January 10, 2011 at 2:46 pm Luton Ian

          Of course!

          Post modernist deconstruction!

The meaning is what the reader puts to it, and the correct meaning is that of the one with the greatest will to power…

amazing how effective that tin foil turban is. I think it’s something to do with its non eurocentric and authentically eastern origins.

    It’s a repulsive crime.

Gifford appears to have been a decent and moderate representative, one who was willing to vote against her own party in order to serve her constituents. She was also willing to go out and meet those constituents. I hope she makes a speedy and full recovery.

Six dead, including a young child and a Federal Judge (one who had previously received death threats), some were saying 19 injured. Absolutely appalling.

Loughner appears to have been incoherent, Acquaintances describe him making inappropriate and irrelevant interruptions in class, there is talk of a history of drug use, an episode of alcohol poisoning followed by a personality change, and he is in the late teens to early twenties range where schizophrenia and related psychoses typically first manifest themselves.

From what I can make out (with a pet psychologist) only in the most extreme forms is behaviour anything but voluntary.

My thoughts are, put the evidence of the CRIME before a court.

Only after guilt is proven (if it is!) would psychological reports become of value as to whether the guy should be in a secure mental unit, a prison cell or in the hot seat.

I’m not a fan of the death penalty. to my way of thinking, keeping him alive is more of a punishment, but then I don’t believe in an afterlife or a hell.

As someone noted on another site, it’s strange how mental problems only seem to manifest as causes of bad behaviour, they never seem to be referred to a causes of positive behaviour… it screams “Excuse”.

The political mud slinging and smearing is, unfortunately, what we’ve all got used to seeing.

Maps of “target” seats, I guess no broadcaster is showing the two Dem “target” maps which preceded Sarah’s?

If either Glenn or Billy Beck were in litigious mood, I’ve seen a few ill worded blog comments around which would give easy pickings (“I’ll settle for a grand, unless you’d like a day in court, the other side of the country” kind of thing), but I suspect that both are bigger than that.

Several places I’ve seen people saying to watch out for those trying to exploit the crisis. Who knows what form that exploitation will take? internet censorship? bans on long magazines and plastic handled guns? banning of private sales of guns (the “gunshow loophole”)? a return to abusive institutionalized mental health care ?

The timing of this is slightly eerie

How soon after Slick Willy’s appalling mid terms was it that an Aryan Republic creep blew up the Fed’s offices in OK City, and the smear was stuck to the Republicans and the constitutional militia movement?

On that last, Robert H Churchill gives a much fuller account of the diversity of groups than does either the SPLC and the mainstream media.

Just been reading differing opinions on Gifford’s moderation: pro wan_care, anti self defence in border counties and “reasonable (r)” restriction on guns…

      Similarly on the judge

I guess the next few days will flush out some reliably referenced info. I’ll give both the benefit of the doubt for the time being.

Other voices are stressing the need to call those trying to use this to further agendas and smear… I guess smear the likes of us!
